As we celebrate 30 years of healing, caring and compassion in the UofA Hospital in 2016, the Friends of University Hospitals are proud and excited to launch our new website. The re-designed friendsofuah.org is a one-stop shop for all Friends’ activities, offering a variety of user-friendly tools to access the Friends of University Hospitals’ programs!
There are many new features, including:
· Online Shopping from The Friends Gift Shop (Coming Soon!)
Do you need to order a gift for a patient or staff member? You will soon be able to order customizable gift baskets, balloons, and floral arrangements online – at price points to meet every budget. Items can be delivered with a custom message for free within the hospital!! Check back in the coming weeks for when this feature is available.
Everything from Gift Shop sales to “Music is Medicine” concerts will be posted on the Friends’ homepage. Check it out regularly to stay up-to-date.
· Arts in Healthcare Requests
You can now go online to make referrals for the Artists on the Wards program or to request changes or removal of artworks from the UAH Art Collection. Access any program area from the buttons on the home page.
