The exhibit runs until August 9th.

Daphne Cote’s exhibited work in the After Hours Gallery is of patients from an artist in residency that she proposed after running art classes out of the Westview Hospital and Continuing Care Centre.

After recognizing that some patients with disabilities or those in chronic pain were unable to participate in a structured art class, her residency became a collaboration between the patients–some who would sit for her while she painted them, and some collaborative works where several patients were able to participate as much as they could to produce a single painting.
