University of Alberta Hospital Art Collection

The University of Alberta Hospital Art Collection is displayed publicly throughout the hospital to provide patients, staff, and families with inspiration, comfort and distraction. The collection, which includes over 1800 artworks, enhances the healing experience in the Walter Mackenzie Centre, Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute, and the Kaye Edmonton Clinic.

The collection consists mainly of work by Canadian artists, including:

UAH Art Collection pieces are placed in public and patient areas throughout the hospital. In some cases, collection pieces are installed in private offices.

To request a move, removal, or placement of a UAH Art Collection piece, or to report damage, please complete the fields below. Applicable fees will provided.
